  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven – Set your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place naan bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the Chicken – If your chicken is not already cooked, season it with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bake or pan-sear until fully cooked, then shred or dice it.
  3. Assemble the Pizza – Brush the naan with a light coating of olive oil. Spread a generous layer of tzatziki sauce over the surface.
  4. Add Toppings – Evenly distribute the shredded chicken, red onion, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, feta cheese, and black olives over the naan.
  5. Bake – Place the assembled naan pizzas in the preheated oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the toppings are slightly caramelized.
