Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss Brussels sprouts in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet in a single layer, cut side down.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Drizzle with sweet chili sauce mixture and toss well to coat.
- Return to the oven for another 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
