  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Toss Brussels sprouts in a large bowl with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Spread Brussels sprouts on the baking sheet in a single layer, cut side down.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Drizzle with sweet chili sauce mixture and toss well to coat.
  7. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
