- 4 large russet potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Layer half of the thinly sliced potatoes in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Combine cubed steak with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Spread half of the seasoned steak over the potatoes, followed by half of the diced onions.
- Repeat layers with remaining potatoes, steak, and onions.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the layers.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours or HIGH for 3-4 hours.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
