  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp mustard or ranch dressing
  • 1/2 avocado (sliced, optional)
  • 1/2 cucumber (sliced, optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh herbs (cilantro or parsley, optional)
  • Hot sauce or salsa (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients
    • Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in a bowl.
    • Slice and prepare all vegetables and toppings as desired.
  2. Mix the Sauce
    • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise or Greek yogurt with mustard, ranch dressing, or any preferred sauce.
    • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Warm the Tortillas
    • Heat a skillet over medium heat and warm each tortilla for about 10–15 seconds per side to make them more pliable.
  4. Assemble the Wraps
    • Lay a tortilla flat and spread a thin layer of the prepared sauce over the surface.
    • Add shredded chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cheese, and any additional toppings.
  5. Roll the Wraps
    • Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom.
    • Secure with a toothpick if needed.
