Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then roast for 12-15 minutes until tender.
- Roll out puff pastry on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Score a border and prick the center with a fork.
- Mix goat cheese with cream and spread evenly inside the pastry border.
- Arrange roasted asparagus over the goat cheese. Brush pastry edges with egg wash.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed. Serve warm.
