- 1 cup milk

- 1 package of pre-made pastry shells or puff pastry
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Crack the eggs into a large mixing bowl, whisk with milk, salt, and pepper.
- Place the pre-made pastry shells in a muffin tin.
- Sprinkle the diced vegetables and optional meats into the pastry shells.
- Pour the egg mixture into each shell, filling them about 3/4 full.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350Β°F (175Β°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
