- 1/4 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Lipton onion soup mix, breadcrumbs, eggs, milk, ketchup, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Gently mix all the ingredients together until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Transfer the meatloaf mixture to a loaf pan. Shape it evenly in the pan.
- Spread a thin layer of ketchup over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
