Description

Low-Carb Bacon Cheeseburger Casserole is a savory keto-friendly dish combining ground beef, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and fresh toppings, perfect for quick weeknight dinners and low-carb lifestyles.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (preferably grass-fed for richer flavor)
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced pickles
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce (unsweetened)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: sliced tomatoes, sliced red onions, additional shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess fat and set aside.
  2. While the beef cooks, prepare crispy bacon by frying until golden. Drain on paper towels and crumble into small pieces.
  3. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine cooked beef, diced onions, pickles, tomato sauce, and Dijon mustard. Transfer to a greased casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon evenly over the top. Add extra cheese if desired.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Garnish with sliced tomatoes and onions if desired. Serve hot with a salad or cauliflower rice.
