  • 1 cup Libby’s 100% Pure Pumpkin
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour a 9Γ—5 inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the Libby’s pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
