Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour a 9Γ5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the Libbyβs pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and water. Mix well.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a wooden skewer inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
