Instructions
- Prepare the Marinade – In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, and optional red pepper flakes.
- Marinate the Chicken – Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss in the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
- Preheat the Grill or Oven – Set the grill to medium-high heat or preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Assemble the Skewers – Thread marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.
- Grill or Bake:
- Grilling: Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
- Baking: Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Glaze and Garnish – Brush with extra marinade during cooking, then garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
