Description

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides. Marinate in soy sauce and a little honey for 15 minutes if desired.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes per side until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  4. Return chicken to the skillet, coating with sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to meld flavors.
  5. Garnish with chopped parsley or chives and serve hot.
