- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
- 4 tostada shells
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil or butter (for grilling)
Instructions
- Cook the Beef – In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease, add taco seasoning and water, and simmer until thickened.
- Warm the Tortillas – Heat tortillas for a few seconds in a pan or microwave to make them pliable.
- Assemble the Crunch Wraps
- Spread a spoonful of nacho cheese sauce in the center of a tortilla.
- Add a scoop of seasoned beef.
- Place a tostada shell on top.
- Spread sour cream over the tostada, then add lettuce, tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
- Fold the tortilla edges over the filling, working in a circular motion until fully wrapped.
- Grill to Perfection – Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil. Place the crunch wrap seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Flip and repeat.
