Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit until foamy (about 5-10 minutes).
  2. In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. Add melted butter, egg, vanilla extract, and red food coloring to the yeast mixture.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients and knead until a soft dough forms.
  5. Cover and let rise for about 1 hour until doubled in size.
Make the Cinnamon Filling:
  1. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  2. Spread softened butter evenly over the rolled-out dough and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Assemble the Rolls:
  1. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
