Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
- In a separate bowl, beat eggs. Add Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Gradually fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.
