- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
- Gather all ingredients and prepare vegetables by slicing avocado, washing and chopping lettuce, and slicing tomato. Cook turkey bacon until crispy if using.
- Lay the whole wheat tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread Greek yogurt or light mayonnaise evenly over it.
- Layer turkey slices, avocado slices, lettuce, and tomato over the tortilla. Add turkey bacon and sprinkle with herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Carefully roll the tortilla tightly, folding in the sides. Slice in half diagonally or serve whole.
