  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 cup milk or heavy cream
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together softened cream cheese, milk, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth. Stir in 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
