- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Flour (for dusting)

Instructions
- Prepare the Dough
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) if baking.
- Lightly flour a surface and roll out the puff pastry sheets.
- Cut into strips approximately 2 inches wide.
- Assemble the Sticks
- Place a slice of ham and a cheese stick (or shredded cheese) in the center of each strip.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges by pressing with a fork.
- Brush with Egg Wash
- Lightly brush the top of each stick with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- (Optional) Brush with melted butter for extra crispiness.
- Cook the Sticks
- Baking Method: Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Frying Method: Heat oil in a pan to 350°F (175°C) and fry for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
