Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika
  2. Set up breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and panko-Parmesan mixture
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat with breadcrumb mixture
  4. Heat oil in skillet and fry chicken 5-6 minutes per side until golden and 165°F internal temperature

  7. Add garlic and cook until fragrant
