- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
- Season both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
- Set Up the Breading Station
- In one bowl, place flour.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs.
- In a third bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic.
- Bread the Chicken
- Dredge each chicken breast in the flour, shaking off excess.
- Dip into the beaten eggs, ensuring full coverage.
- Coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Cook the Chicken
- Heat olive oil and butter in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C).
- Serve and Enjoy
- Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
