Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Steak Bites

  1. Season the Steak: In a bowl, toss the steak cubes with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  2. Sear the Steak: Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove and set aside.
  3. Make the Garlic Butter: In the same skillet, melt additional butter and add minced garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant, then return the steak bites to the pan and toss to coat in the garlic butter. Remove from heat.
