- 4 cloves garlic, minced

- 8 ounces fettuccine or pasta of choice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, add minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- To the skillet, add chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Gradually whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, stirring to coat with the sauce.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to combine and ensure the pasta is well coated with the sauce.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
