- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Prepare the Shrimp – Pat shrimp dry and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Sauté the Shrimp – Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 1-2 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Make the Garlic Cream Sauce – In the same skillet, melt additional butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add broth and simmer for a minute.
- Add Cream and Cheese – Pour in the heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Return Shrimp to the Pan – Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and stir to coat in the creamy garlic sauce.
- Finish and Serve – Stir in lemon juice, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
