  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs (optional for extra crunch)
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

  • Set the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Prepare Brussels Sprouts

  • Trim the ends and cut them in half.
  • Remove any loose outer leaves.

3. Season

  • In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

4. Add Parmesan Crust

  • Mix grated Parmesan and panko breadcrumbs in a small bowl.
  • Sprinkle the mixture over the Brussels sprouts, pressing lightly to help it stick.

5. Arrange & Roast

  • Spread the Brussels sprouts cut-side down on the baking sheet for maximum caramelization.

6. Bake

  • Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden brown.

7. Garnish & Serve

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
