Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
- Set the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare Brussels Sprouts
- Trim the ends and cut them in half.
- Remove any loose outer leaves.
3. Season
- In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
4. Add Parmesan Crust
- Mix grated Parmesan and panko breadcrumbs in a small bowl.
- Sprinkle the mixture over the Brussels sprouts, pressing lightly to help it stick.
5. Arrange & Roast
- Spread the Brussels sprouts cut-side down on the baking sheet for maximum caramelization.
6. Bake
- Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden brown.
7. Garnish & Serve
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
