Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken
    • Season chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Sear the chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
    • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Boursin Sauce
    • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
    • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

    • Add Boursin cheese and heavy cream, stirring until smooth and creamy.

    • Return the chicken to the skillet, coating it in the sauce.
