Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Sauté the Chicken: Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Cook the Vegetables: In the same pan, sauté onions until soft. Add garlic and mushrooms, cooking until mushrooms are tender.
- Make the Sauce: Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir. Gradually add chicken broth, then mix in Worcestershire sauce and Dijon mustard.
