  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare broccoli by washing and cutting into uniform florets
  2. Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to ice water
  3. Make cheese sauce by melting butter, whisking in flour, then gradually adding milk, soup, sour cream and seasonings
  4. Stir in cheeses until melted and smooth
  5. Combine blanched broccoli with cheese sauce in a greased 9×13 baking dish
  6. Top with breadcrumbs mixed with melted butter
