- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare broccoli by washing and cutting into uniform florets
- Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to ice water
- Make cheese sauce by melting butter, whisking in flour, then gradually adding milk, soup, sour cream and seasonings
- Stir in cheeses until melted and smooth
