Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 8 oz mushrooms (shiitake, cremini, or button), sliced

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, broth, rice vinegar, brown sugar, and cornstarch. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Vegetables: Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stirring until fragrant.
